At NetEx Consulting, we deliver to our clients, complete project managed services. By staying focused, NetEx's project managers can accurately track individual elements or phases within an engagement's lifetime and can monitor critical path milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget successes. NetEx is also a strong believer in transferring our knowledge to the client's staff via training and detailed customized documentation.

NetEx targets three types of engagements. The first is our comprehensive Technology Planning, which develops large-scale technical roadmaps for companies undertaking a new business direction that relies heavily on technology. Second, our single solutions focus on project-based initiatives to create turnkey project results using NetEx's Solution Methodology. Lastly, we also engage in smaller based projects that focus on completing on phase of our Solution Methodology.
